Program fees cover instruction and materials. Registrants are responsible for all meals and lodging.

Online Registration
During registration, you will choose a field testing location and then choose a date. Initial certification program registrants must also choose an online (Zoom) classroom session.

Registration Information and Instructions
You may not use your Penn State account to register anyone other than yourself. If you are registering someone else, an account must be created with their name and information.
For help with online registration, please review the online registration instructions. Payment is by credit card only. We are not accepting purchase orders at this time.

Confirmation
When your registration is complete, Penn State Conferences and Institutes will confirm your enrollment and provide any additional information specific to your program site. Confirmation and information will be sent to the email address that you provide on your registration form.
You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces Penn State to cancel or postpone the program, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee; however, the University cannot be held responsible for any related costs, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
Refunds
Cancellation requests can be received up to the day before the start of the program for a partial refund. A $50 administrative will be charged for each withdrawal. Send your written request by email to PSUconferences@psu.edu.
Substitutions
Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may identify a substitute. A full refund will be issued after the substitution registration has been completed. A registration form and full payment by the substitute are required. Substitutes are eligible to register at the same fee.
